About Sophia

Experienced educator, headteacher, and leadership practitioner supporting schools and organisations across Nigeria and the UK.

I am an educator, author, and leadership voice specialising in educational leadership and personal growth.

My work is shaped by leading in complex, high-pressure environments — where decisions matter, people matter, and culture matters. I have seen first-hand that leadership is not about noise or position, but about consistency, integrity, and the ability to hold steady when it matters most.

Alongside my work in education, I write stories that explore identity, growth, and resilience. Through both leadership and storytelling, my focus remains the same: helping people build something meaningful that lasts.

Whether through speaking, writing, or working with organisations, I am driven by one question:

What does it take to lead well when it really counts?
